What if there are changes to the Meet & Greet?You will be notified in advance of any changes via email. Please make sure the email address associated with your account is active and one you check regularly to ensure you do not miss any notifications.

Do I need a Proof of Purchase?All you will need is an ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.). Our team will have a list of names and will check you in.

When will I receive my Meet & Greet pass?Meet & Greet passes are NOT mailed. Your name will be on a list for the venue/tour manager to check you in.

What time do Meet & Greets start?Most all of Bowling For Soup's VIP Meet and Greets will start 5:30PM and you must arrive on time. Please be at the main entrance no later than 5:00PM. The start time of the meet and greet may be subject to change due to weather or reasons beyond our control.

Is a show ticket included in my Meet & Greet pass?No, a show ticket is NOT included with your Meet & Greet Pass. Please purchase your show tickets separately here. You must have a show ticket to attend the VIP Meet & Greet.

Are there age restrictions?Any age restrictions for the show apply to the Meet & Greet. We cannot make any exceptions.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
